Ben Shewry is a chef, restaurateur, writer and creative leader whose influence reaches well beyond the kitchen. Raised on a farm in rural New Zealand, Ben Shewry learned the importance of resourcefulness, community and purpose, values that define his approach to leadership and innovation.
By the age of 18 he was a qualified chef, working in top New Zealand restaurants before moving to Melbourne in 2002. As Head Chef, then owner of Attica, Ben has built one of the worldβs most celebrated restaurants through his focus on culture, community, creativity and commitment.
