Prices and Taxation

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Returns and Refunds

Products

  • Faulty Products: Returns will only be accepted if the product is deemed faulty. Claims for faulty or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • Replacement Policy: Products identified as faulty will be replaced at no charge to you.
  • No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for products.

Memberships

  • Pro Rata Refunds: Pro rata refunds for memberships will be considered upon application. Each application will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Event Tickets

  • Event Ticket Refunds: Applications for event ticket refunds must be received at least 48 hours prior to the event to be eligible for consideration.

How to Make a Claim

To submit a claim for faulty goods, membership refunds, or event ticket refunds:

  1. Contact Us: Please email npc@npc.org.au or call +61 2 6121 2199 with the following details:
    • Your full name and contact information.
    • Order or membership number.
    • Description of the issue or request.
  2. Evidence: For faulty product claims, include photographs of the damage or fault.

Additional Information

  • Claims received outside the specified timeframes will not be eligible for consideration.
  • This policy is governed by Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
