Volodymyr Shalkivskyi, Ukrainian Embassy's Chargé d`Affaires to the Commonwealth of Australia, will address the National Press Club of Australia on the 10th of March, 2022. 


Volodymyr Shalkivskyi has been the Ukrainian Embassy's Chargé d`Affaires to the Commonwealth of Australia since 10th December 2021.

Education:

-          MS economics, Kyiv Shevchenko National University (1998);

-          MA management, Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, USA (2002);

-          MA international relations, Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine (2012)

Career:

20 years of diplomatic experience.

Worked at Arms Control Department, Department of Economic Cooperation, the EU and NATO Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine

Foreign postings include Embassy of Ukraine in Sweden and Embassy of Ukraine in the USA

Prior to coming to Australia was responsible for the implementation of the agreement on the EU-Ukraine Free Trade Area at the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine

2. If tickets are canceled by the National Press Club or the Speaker for any reason in connection with COVID-19, you will be entitled to a refund or exchange.

3. Once confirmed, your ticket and any transaction fee will not be refunded or exchanged, except as provided for above or as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
