Store Policy

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Returns will only be accepted if the product in question is found to be faulty. Claims for damaged/faulty goods must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Refunds will not be given on products. Pro rata refunds of membership will be considered on application.

Products deemed faulty will be replaced at no charge to you.

Applications for event ticket refunds must be received 48 prior the event.
